Playthrough 2 ignores the miscellaneous trophies as it focuses on quickly getting through the game for the 5 remaining trophies you couldn't get from the 1st playthrough. Additionally, there are a few miscellaneous trophies that can be missed if you aren't aware of them. The thing about this is the fact that some of these choices are in a Book and will unlock in a different Book as long as the requirements were met previously. Even though some of these trophies can be missable, they can also become story related if you picked a certain choice. There is a total of 26 missable trophies and the rest are story related.
